WHAT WE DO

At Central California Conference, we believe that our employees are one of our greatest assets. It is through their dedicated service that the gospel ministry of the churches, schools, and camps in our community is possible. It is the mission of the Human Resources Department to support each employee, from the first day of work through retirement, as well as our organization.

 

This office provides the professional services and resources which enable our organization and employees to be effective and maintain a positive employer-employee relationship.

These services include: Employment Processing, Employee Benefits, Employment Policies, Procedures, and Training Compliance with Federal and State Employment Law.
