WHAT WE DO

​

The Office of the Treasury actively manages all financial aspects of the Central California Conference, including receipting and accounting of funds, received disbursement, and accounting of funds per budget, banking and investments transactions, budget preparation and approval, employee payroll, and remittances to higher organizations.

 

Ensures compliance with organizational financial policies and government requirements. Provides accurate and regular payroll information to Central employees and local funding entities such as churches and schools. Maintains Capital Campaign and Evangelism financial records per donors' intent.

 

Provides facilities management for the conference office, Camp Wawona, and Soquel Conference Center plants, managing associated personnel, scheduling, maintenance, contracts, and planning. Oversees risk management operational elements including premium negotiation, coverage decisions, risk analysis, settlement negotiations, and lawsuit coordination.

 

Performs annual financial audits of both churches and schools. Organizes education and training of local church financial personnel. Provides local church and school building program support, including reviewing building project documents, assisting with financial arrangements, managing Revolving Fund loans, various negotiations, and collections.

 

Represents CCC's financial interests and concerns on over 20 boards and committees. We also provide technology consulting to CCC churches, school, and ministry departments.
